Allen Racine

Allen Racine has extensive experience in the banking industry. Allen most recently held the position of Vice President and Commercial Banking Team Leader at Community Bank System, Inc., starting in October 2021. Prior to this role, they served as Vice President and Commercial Banking Officer at the same company from March 2018 to October 2021. Before joining Community Bank System, Inc., Allen worked at Glens Falls National Bank & Trust Co., where they held the positions of Vice President/ Northern Region Corporate Banking Manager from March 2011 to March 2018 and Vice President/Corporate Banking Officer from November 2005 to March 2011. Allen began their banking career as a Loan Officer at First Pioneer Farm Credit in June 1999, where they worked until November 2005.

Allen Racine received their Associates Degree in Agricultural Business from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill from 1995 to 1997. Allen then went on to earn their Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from Cornell University from 1997 to 1999.
