Gwendolyn Hatcher

Gwendolyn Hatcher is an experienced professional in childcare and program management, currently serving as General Manager at On-Site Productions since April 2021 and as Minister to Children at Community Baptist Church since June 2021. Hatcher has a robust background in childcare leadership, having been the Association Childcare Director at Georgia Mountains YMCA from November 2015 to August 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing programs across multiple locations, developing a Child Development Center, and leading a large team of directors. Prior roles include Senior Program Director and Branch Director at Birmingham YMCA (1999 - June 2014), Program Director at Abilene YMCA (1998 - 1999), and Physical Education Teacher at Creative Montessori (1994 - 1997). Gwendolyn Hatcher holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Auburn University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
