Wayne Woods

Wayne Woods is an experienced professional with a strong background in the optical industry. Currently serving as Tech I at Solvita since December 2021, Wayne previously held positions such as Associate at VANDALIA OPTOMETRY LLC from September 2016 to June 2022 and Lab Manager at Eye-Mart from September 2013 to March 2021. In the role of Lab Manager, Wayne oversaw a team of six, managing both finished and unfinished lenses to align with patient prescriptions while maintaining equipment. Prior positions include Associate at Bell Optical Lab, focusing on final inspections, and Racking Technician at Electro-Polish Co., where Wayne was responsible for preparing parts for anodization and polishing. Wayne holds a degree from the University of Cincinnati, obtained between 2002 and 2006, and completed secondary education at Trotwood Madison from 1997 to 2001.
