Monica Stillwell

Monica Stillwell has extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Monica started their career as a Bartender at Golden Nugget from 2000 to 2002, and later worked as a Bartender at China Clipper from 2003 to 2005.

In 2004, Monica worked as an Assistant Loan Processor at Evergreen Pacific Mortgage for a year.

Monica then transitioned to the property management industry, starting as a Leasing Specialist at Willows Court & King Arthur’s Court Apartment from 2005 to 2006.

Monica was promoted to Assistant Manager at Willows Court ApartmentsKing Arthur’s/Willows Court Apartments in 2007, where they assisted in the operations of the properties.

From 2005 to 2020, Monica held various roles at Illumina Lake Union Apartments, Arabella Apartments, and Epic Asset Management. Monica served as an Assistant Manager at Illumina Lake Union Apartments, overseeing move-ins, property inspections, and rent collection. At Arabella Apartments, Monica was a Manager responsible for daily operations, personnel management, and record keeping. At Epic Asset Management, they continued their role as a Manager, overseeing daily operations and maintaining accurate records.

In 2020, Monica joined Parking Boss™ by Luminous and Community Boss™ as a Customer Success Manager, where they currently work.

Monica Stillwell attended Shoreline Community College from 2003 to 2005, where they received an AAAS degree in Graphic Design- Visual Communication. Prior to that, they attended Ballard High School. In terms of additional certifications, Monica obtained CAM certification from WMFHA in June 2015 and received certification from the National Apartment Association in April 2018.
