Shannon Gonzalez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in process improvement and operational excellence within healthcare organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence at Community Care Plan since February 2014, Shannon leads corporate process improvement initiatives and enhances user experience for provider and member portals. Previous roles include Director of Continuous Improvement and Health Plan Systems Training and Clinical Process Improvement Manager, where Shannon promoted a culture of continuous improvement and facilitated corporate initiatives using Lean Six Sigma principles.
