Kristen Dubose

Kristen DuBose has an extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting roles. Kristen is currently the VP of Talent Acquisition at the Community Choice Financial Family of Brands since 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at the TMX Finance Family of Companies, including Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, Director of Talent Acquisition Operations, and Senior Corporate Recruiting Manager. Kristen also worked as the Director of Field Recruiting, Senior Field Recruiting Manager, and Field Recruiting Manager at TMX Finance. Before joining TMX Finance, they worked as a Recruiter II at Forest Pharmaceuticals and as a Recruiting Supervisor at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Kristen DuBose attended Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business from 2001 to 2005, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they earned their high school diploma from North Allegheny, with a focus on General Studies.
