Candice Burney, MBA-HR, has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Candice currently serves as the Workforce Partnership Director at Community Connections, Inc., where they manage partnerships, develops programs, and leads workforce training. Prior to this, they worked at Beacon Hill Staffing Group as a Workplace Operations professional, focusing on process improvement and compliance. At AT&T, Candice held multiple positions, including Operations Management Analyst, Managing Assistant to the Vice President, and Corporate Manager. In these roles, they led various projects, implemented process improvement initiatives, and managed human resources and sales strategies.
Candice Burney, MBA-HR, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science/Public Administration with a minor in Pre-law from Albany State University between 1991 and 1997. Candice later enrolled in Colorado Technical University and completed a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management with a specialization in Human Resources from 2018 to 2020.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Burney has also acquired several certifications. Candice obtained a Kaizen Leader Certification from Acuity Institute in October 2018 and a Project Management Certificate from Collins Institute in April 2016.
