Crystal Thompson Dennis

Crystal Thompson Dennis has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Health Specialist at Community Coordinated Care for Children, Inc. (4C), where they supervise the health information and maintenance of multiple head start and early head start sites. Crystal administers vision and hearing screenings, coordinates with community health partners for various screenings, and ensures compliance for each child in the program.

Prior to their current role, Crystal worked as a Secondary Science Teacher at Seminole County Public Schools, where they provided a well-prepared curriculum and instilled studying and organizational techniques in their students. Crystal was awarded the Seminole County Public School District New Teacher Best in Class in 2019.

Crystal also worked as a Secondary Science and Math Teacher at AMIkids, a Secondary Science Teacher at the Virgin Islands Department of Education, and a Retail Sales Consultant at Sprint. Additionally, they gained experience as a Dental Assistant Intern at Moore's Dental Care.

Throughout their work experience, Crystal has demonstrated expertise in various fields, including health, education, and sales.

Crystal Thompson Dennis earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Creative Leadership from National University in 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from the University of the Virgin Islands in 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Crystal has also completed several certifications. In November 2021, they obtained certifications in "Introduction to Project Management with ClickUp" and "Use Canva to Design Digital Course Collateral" from Coursera. Furthermore, they hold temporary teaching certifications in Biology from both the Virgin Islands Department of Education, obtained in July 2015, and The Florida Department of Education, obtained in June 2018.
