Abdullah al Raqbani

Abdullah al Raqbani is a seasoned Contracts & Procurement Specialist at Community Development Authority since November 2016, expertly leading strategies for cost management, conducting risk assessments, and engaging in contractual negotiations. Abdullah also serves as a Tender Committee Member, overseeing the tendering process to strengthen partnerships in alignment with Dubai Government goals. Previously, Abdullah held the position of HR Department Head for General Services at The Office of Abdullah's Highness The Crown Prince of Dubai, focusing on talent onboarding and compliance with HR regulations. Experience also includes roles as Associate Project Manager at Dubai Tourism and Senior Research Analyst at the Prime Minister's Office - UAE. Abdullah holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Fujairah and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Higher Colleges of Technology.
