Brittany Seniff is an experienced development professional with a strong background in affordable housing and urban planning. As Development Manager at Community Development Partners since January 2020, Brittany oversees various development projects. Previously, Brittany served as Project Manager II at Jamboree Housing Corporation from October 2012 to December 2019, successfully guiding housing developments from inception to completion. Earlier roles include Project Manager I at OC Public Works/OC Planning and Graduate Planning Intern, where responsibilities involved reviewing building plans for zoning compliance and providing public information on land use. Additionally, Brittany gained experience as a Policy Intern in the District Office of California State Senator Fran Pavley, focusing on land use legislation and public outreach initiatives.
