Augusta Friendsmith possesses extensive experience in outdoor education and support roles. Since December 2007, Augusta has served as a Youth Alpine Instructor and Ski Instructor/Trip Leader at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. In addition to this position, Augusta contributes as a Membership Lead for Team Rubicon and as a Trip Leader for Wilderness Adventures, both active since June 2019 and June 2012, respectively. In the nonprofit sector, Augusta leads global service efforts as a Global Village Trip Leader for Habitat for Humanity International since August 2015 and provides direct support as a Direct Support Professional at the Wyoming Department of Developmental Disabilities and Community Entry Services. Augusta operates Gussied Up, LLC since April 2010, and holds a Bachelor's degree in American/United States Studies and Hispanic Studies from Trinity College-Hartford, awarded in 2007.
