Tammie Holt

Tammie Holt has extensive experience in loan documentation and management. Tammie began their career as a Teller Supervisor at Workmen's Federal Savings and Loan and later transitioned to the Commercial Loan Department. In 1988, they joined The Community Bank as a Loan Administration Supervisor, overseeing staff and conducting branch audits. Tammie then moved to Capital Bank, N.A. as an AVP, Consumer Loan Documentation Supervisor, where they managed consumer and commercial centralization documentation for all branches. Tammie continued their career at Southern Community Bank as an AVP, Commercial/Consumer Loan Doc Prep Supervisor, responsible for managing loan documentation and keeping lenders informed of policy and procedure changes. Tammie also worked as a Loan Documentation Supervisor at Southern Community Bank and Trust and blueharbor bank, gaining experience in compliance, loan operations, and customer service. Most recently, Tammie served as the Senior Vice President and Centralized Doc Prep Manager at Community First Bank - SC, where they oversaw the centralized documentation process. Their expertise includes monitoring loan documentation systems, updating forms, ensuring legal compliance, and providing excellent customer service. Tammie's work experience spans from 1982 to the present.

Tammie Holt obtained their High School Diploma from Surry Central High School in 1982. Later on, they pursued higher education and earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business from the University of Phoenix between 2009 and 2012. Additionally, they also attended the North Carolina Bankers Association Regulatory Compliance School, although the specific dates and degree attained are unknown.
