Erica Thornley

Erica Thornley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions. Erica currently holds the position of Vice President of Product Development at the Colorado Gives Foundation, a role they have been in since 2021. Prior to this, Erica worked at Cro Metrics as the Director of Optimization from May 2020 to January 2021.

Erica also had a significant tenure at Vail Resorts, where they held multiple positions. Erica was the Senior Director Digital Experience from January 2019 to November 2019.
