Casey Coman

Casey Coman currently serves as the OK Farm to Table Program Coordinator at the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma since January 2023, where responsibilities include the coordination of medically-tailored food box distribution for uninsured patients at the OU Food First Pharmacy. Previous experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Oklahoma and OU Physicians Tulsa Family Medicine, as well as experience in food management and farm liaison positions at Chimera Cafe and Nourish Kitchen + Table. Educational qualifications consist of a Master of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Hendrix College, along with a Graduate Certificate in Community Engagement from the University of Oklahoma.
