Amy Fair

Amy Fair has over two decades of experience in philanthropy and donor relations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Philanthropic Partnerships at The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee since August 2011, Amy manages a personal portfolio that has established 140 new funds and 18 planned gifts, with significant total contributions exceeding $75 million. Previously, Amy held positions at The Ohio State University as Associate Director of Leadership Donor Recognition, leading a team focused on donor stewardship and recognition, and at The Columbus Foundation as Associate Manager of Supporting Foundations, where Amy contributed to the distribution of $20 million in annual grants. Education includes a Master’s degree in Education Policy and Leadership from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor’s degree in English from The Ohio State University.
