Benja Hutchens

Benja Hutchens is a seasoned professional in human resources and employee care, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Employee Care Programs at the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee since December 2004. In this role, Benja provides strategic leadership for over 80 corporate-sponsored charitable disaster relief funds and manages data analysis and reporting for stakeholders. Prior to this, Benja held positions as Director of Employee Care Programs within Technology Operations, overseeing emergency assistance funds and technology operations. Earlier career experiences include roles as Clinical Services Manager and hotline coordinator at YWCA Nashville & Middle Tennessee, and various counseling positions at Centerstone and Omni Vision, Inc. Benja holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Trevecca Nazarene University and a Bachelor's degree in Studio Art/Psychology from Lipscomb University.
