Phil Chamberlain

Phil Chamberlain is the England Director (Strategy, Partnerships & Engagement) at The National Lottery Community Fund, responsible for shaping the organization's support for people and communities. With previous experience in executive roles at City Lit, Youth Sport Trust, Legacy Trust UK, and the Big Lottery Fund, Phil has a strong background in strategy development, external relations, and program policy. Prior to these roles, Phil held various positions within the civil service, including working in the Minister's Private Office at the Department for Culture, Media and Sport.
