Lydia Oh

Lydia Oh has extensive work experience in human resources, with various roles in different companies. Lydia started their career in 2007 as a Senior Human Resources Operations Manager (Global) at Phoenix Tower International, where they managed wireless infrastructure sites. In 2010, they joined Decide Technologies Inc. as a Senior Human Resources Manager, leading the department and specializing in digital advertising technology. Their most recent role was at Community Gaming, where they served as the Head of People. Community Gaming is an esports platform that offers payment infrastructure to tournament organizers.

Lydia Oh completed their undergraduate education at NUS Business School from 1998 to 2002. Lydia obtained a degree in Business Administration, specializing in Management and Operations. Later on, from 2004 to 2006, Lydia pursued further studies at NYU Stern School of Business, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Their MBA focused on the field of Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
