Greig Lees

Greig Lees is an experienced professional with a strong background in housing and urban development. Currently serving as an Independent Board Member for Community Gateway Association and an Independent Development Committee Member for Beyond Housing UK, Greig holds the position of Head of Development (North) at The Guinness Partnership. Past roles include Independent Board Member for Salix Homes and Golden Gates Housing Trust, as well as Non-Executive Director for Yes Manchester. Greig also contributed as Head of Regeneration for NORTHWARDS HOUSING LIMITED and held the role of Vice Chair of Governors at The Cooperative Academy of Manchester, overseeing the Community Committee and career guidance initiatives. Academically, Greig holds an MSc in Regeneration & Urban Renewal from The University of Salford, a Post Graduate Certificate in Management from Coventry University, and a BSc (Hons) in Geography from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
