Kristal Albrecht

Kristal Albrecht has over 25 years of work experience, starting in 1995 with Bester Brothers Transfer Company in an accounting role. Kristal then worked as an Assistant Fiscal Director at Rural Resources Community Action from 1998 to 2000. After that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at CHAS from 2000 to 2004. Kristal then joined Community Link Consulting, Inc as a CPA and Management Consultant from 2003 to 2010. From 2010 to 2015, Albrecht was the Chief Financial Officer at Columbia Valley Community Health. Kristal currently holds the position of VP of Finance at CHAS Health since January 2016 and was promoted to the Senior Vice President of Finance in March 2020.

Kristal Albrecht completed an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University in 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management in the period of 1995-1999. In addition to their formal education, they hold additional certifications including a Certificate of Specialization in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Harvard University, obtained in November 2022. Also, they became a member of the Advisory Committee for the Health Care Cost Transparency Board at HCA WA in September 2022. Furthermore, Kristal Albrecht is a Certified Public Accountant since July 2015, certified by the Board of Accountancy.
