Al Hammonds

Al Hammonds currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Community Health Center of Buffalo, Inc., since September 2023. Prior to this role, Al held the position of Senior Vice President of Service Line Operations & Business Development at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center from November 2020. Al's experience includes serving as Executive Director at Millennium Collaborative Care from April 2015 to November 2020 and as Chief Operating Officer at Community Health Center of Buffalo, Inc. from January 2013 to March 2015. Al also worked as Assistant Director of Outreach at UB TCIE from April 2010 to January 2013, focusing on business development and economic outreach. Earlier in career, Al was Deputy County Executive and Director of Six Sigma for Erie County from December 2007 to May 2010. Al's educational background includes a Health Care Executive Program from UCLA and a Six Sigma Black Belt from the University at Buffalo, along with a BSIM in Industrial Management/Industrial Engineering from Purdue University Daniels School of Business.
