Colleen Goodwin

Colleen Goodwin is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at the Community Health Center of Snohomish County since June 2022, Colleen previously held the position of Director of Human Resources Operations at YouthCare Seattle from October 2020 to May 2022, where Colleen acted as a trusted advisor to company leaders and improved recruitment processes to enhance retention. Prior to that, Colleen was the Deputy Human Resource Director at Solid Ground from February 2008 to October 2020, overseeing HR operations for a nonprofit organization with over 270 employees. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in English Literature from the University of Washington.
