Zoe Reese has a diverse background in the healthcare industry with experience in various roles. From 2023 onwards, they worked as the Business Development Director at the Community Health Center of Snohomish County. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they served as the Director of Community Impact and Grantmaking at Verdant Health Commission. In this role, they led strategy development, community engagement, and managed a grant portfolio supporting 60 community agencies.
Before that, Zoe worked at Neighborcare Health from 2014 to 2020, holding positions such as Director of Clinical Operations and Director of Specialty Programs. In these roles, they provided operational leadership for clinical services, collaborated with external partners, managed grant and funding requirements, and facilitated referral relationships within the community.
Prior to Neighborcare Health, Zoe worked as a Research Associate at the Northwest Addiction Technology Transfer Center in 2014, where they researched and facilitated trainings on behavioral health and addiction services integration. Zoe also worked at the Oregon Primary Care Association from 2012 to 2013, providing technical assistance and support to community health centers in Oregon.
Zoe's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Community Health Specialist at Partnership Health Center from 2008 to 2012, Manager of Community Impact at United Way of Missoula County from 2008 to 2010, and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Montana from 2009 to 2010.
Zoe Reese obtained a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Washington in 2021 and 2022. Prior to that, Zoe completed a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) with a focus on Medical Anthropology at the University of Montana from 2008 to 2010. Zoe's undergraduate studies were also conducted at Western Washington University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Public Policy and Community Health from 2003 to 2007.
