Chol Dhoor

Chol D. is an experienced professional with a strong background in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the Community Health Centers of Burlington since July 2011. Chol D. also founded and serves as the Executive Director of SUDFUND VERMONT, overseeing community initiatives and programs that support wellness and education for new American children. Previous experience includes the role of Programs and Community Outreach Manager at Clemmons Family Farm, where Chol D. managed arts and culture programs, and Deputy Head Master at The Lutheran World Federation, focusing on enrollment and academic resource management. Chol D. holds a Masters of Public Health from The Robert Larner, M.D. College of Medicine at The University of Vermont and a degree in Economics from the University of Vermont.
