Neliza Lao

Neliza Lao is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing, currently serving as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Community Health & Dental Care, Inc. since June 2023. Previous roles include Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse at Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network and Abington Memorial Hospital, where Neliza specialized in wound care from 2012 to 2022. With additional leadership experience as a Nurse Supervisor at Moravian Hall Square Retirement Community and as an RN Supervisor at Abramson Center for Jewish Life, Neliza has demonstrated a strong commitment to patient care and team management.
