Will Kilbreth

Will Kilbreth has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Will served as the Chief Information Officer at Community Health Options from 2013 onwards. Prior to that, they held the role of Acting Deputy Director at Maine Health Data Organization, where they were responsible for overseeing the technical revamp of the state agency and managing Maine's All Payer Claims Database. Will Kilbreth also founded Chickadee Health, a health, fitness, and nutrition tracking platform targeted at large employers. Will worked as the Deputy Director at Dirigo Health Agency, with responsibilities including IT systems, contracts, and financial operations. Before that, they were the Technical Director at Dirigo Health, leading the development of enrollment, eligibility, reporting, and financial systems. Will Kilbreth began their career as an Account Manager at 170 Systems and later worked as a Senior Consultant at CSC.

Will Kilbreth obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy / English from McGill University, where they studied from 1989 to 1993.
