Daniel Kokoski

Daniel Kokoski is an experienced public health professional with a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from San Jose State University. Currently serving as Program Coordinator for Community Health Partnership since February 2022, Daniel has contributed to the development of neighborhood profiles for advocacy and quality improvement while analyzing data from community health clinics. Previous experience includes leadership as Peer Educator Lead at SJSU Peer Connections, supporting tutors and organizing student engagement events, as well as roles as a Peer Educator and Community Health Intern at Breathe California of the Bay Area, where Daniel facilitated public health education and recreational activities for diverse populations.
