Colin Mitchell is a seasoned professional in property management with extensive experience in overseeing residential management departments and corporate investment portfolios across various organizations. Currently serving as Regional Portfolio Manager and Area Property & Asset Manager at Community Health Partnerships since November 2018, Colin has previously held roles at Lambert Smith Hampton as Senior Surveyor, Crabtree Property Management as Property Manager, Quadrant Property Management as Senior Property Manager, Tideway Investment Management Limited as Property Manager, and Countrywide Property Management as Senior Property Manager and Acting Building Surveyor. Notable accomplishments include managing complex portfolios with upwards of 800 units, budget preparation, financial planning, and client liaison, as well as leading estate management initiatives for notable corporate clients.
