Natasha Goykhberg, LMHC has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries.

Natasha began their career as a Mental Health Counseling Graduate Intern at Reality House Inc. in 2010, providing individual and group counseling for adult clients. Natasha then became a Mental Health Counseling Volunteer at The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center, where they performed intake screenings, assessments, and provided referrals for clinic clients.

Natasha later worked at the New York Foundling as a Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, delivering therapy sessions to children and families. Natasha also served as a Clinical Program Supervisor, overseeing staff members and managing day-to-day operations of an outpatient chemical dependency program. Additionally, they worked as a Brief Strategic Family and Contingency Management Therapist and a Counselor of Chemical Dependency at the same organization.

In 2014, Natasha joined the Callen-Lorde Community Health Center as a Supportive Care Coordinator, managing case managers who provided services to the adult patient population. Natasha also coordinated gender affirming medical procedures for transgender and gender non-conforming patients, as well as facilitated referrals to women's health initiatives. Natasha eventually became the Manager and then the Director of Care Coordination at Callen-Lorde.

In 2018, Natasha started their own private practice as a Psychotherapist.

Before their career in mental health, Natasha worked as a Documentation Specialist and an Education Loan Underwriter at MRU Holdings, creating training materials and analyzing loan applicants' eligibility. Natasha also had roles at Mount Holyoke College, where they were a Harriet Newhall Fellow, conducting interviews with prospective students, and a Russian Language Fellow and Tutor, teaching Russian language and facilitating conversation events.

Natasha Goykhberg, LMHC has a strong background in mental health counseling, trauma therapy, care coordination, and program supervision.

Natasha Goykhberg, LMHC, holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University, where they attended from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and French from Mount Holyoke College, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In 2005 and 2006, they also pursued International Relations and French studies at Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III. Natasha obtained their Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification from the State of New York in 2014.
