Douglas Dorman

Douglas Dorman has extensive experience in finance and operations across various healthcare organizations. Currently, Douglas serves as the Director of Finance and previously held the role of Controller at Community Health Resources since October 2013. Prior to that, Douglas was the Revenue Cycle Director at Rushford, where responsibilities included managing a $60 million annual billing operation and improving efficiency through best practices. Douglas has a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and revenue cycle management, having led significant projects such as the implementation of a new billing system and the establishment of a provider credentialing program. Douglas's career also includes positions at Brookview Financial and Centermark Technologies, where financial oversight and compliance were key responsibilities. Douglas holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bryant University.
