Karisse Spray

Karisse Spray, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources & Administration and Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Community Health Systems since January 2021. Previously, Karisse held the position of Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority from June 2018 to July 2020, and worked as a Client Human Resources Business Partner at ADP from December 2014 to June 2018. Karisse's earlier experience includes a role as Director of Human Resources at Community Health Systems between December 2006 and January 2015, and as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Verizon 4G Wireless from March 2005 to December 2006. Karisse holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and an MBA in Business Administration from Trevecca Nazarene University.
