Alan Christianson

Alan Christianson serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Community Health System, overseeing daily operations at Clovis Community Medical Center, a 352-bed acute care hospital. Prior roles include Vice President of Operations at Fresno Heart and Surgical Hospital, Vice President for Cardiovascular Services across the Community Medical Centers system, and Director of Managed Care, where Alan negotiated contracts for hospitals and physicians. Christianson has extensive experience in healthcare management, having held positions that involved oversight of various service lines, as well as financial analysis and contracting in organizations such as Alliant Health Plans, Mohawk Industries, and IASIS Healthcare. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University.
