Madeline Dawson

Madeline Dawson currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Community House Mental Health Agency since August 2023. Previously, Madeline held the position of Teaching Assistant at the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business from September 2022 to June 2023, assisting Professor Jennifer Graves in teaching FIN 205: Personal Financial Literacy. Prior experience includes roles as Hiring Manager, HR/Administration, and Administrative Assistant at Avamere Living from August 2021 to April 2023, an Associate at Victoria's Secret from August 2020 to July 2021, and a Team Member Trainer at Taco Bell from November 2017 to August 2020. Madeline is pursuing a Certificate in Human Resources Management at the University of Washington, expected to be completed in May 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from the same institution, awarded in 2023. Additionally, Madeline is currently studying abroad at Università di Siena.
