Chase Counts

Chase Counts is a highly experienced professional in energy efficiency and clean energy program management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at Community Housing Partners since January 2015. In this role, Chase leads integrated teams focused on delivering home repair, weatherization, and energy efficiency programs while developing strategic plans aligned with operational and financial objectives. Previous positions include Director of Utility Programs, where Chase optimized organizational structure and enhanced customer experiences, and Energy Efficiency Programs Manager, where two successful solarize campaigns were launched. Additionally, as a Clean Energy Catalyst at Greenbound RVA, Chase fosters a community dedicated to clean energy advancements in Richmond, Virginia. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Environmental Policy & Planning from Virginia Tech.
