Paige Thomas

Paige was drawn to working at Community Initiatives as she found the diversity of fiscally sponsored projects’ mission statements interesting, and enjoys the opportunity to work on a variety of projects. Working with the projects and learning about their missions has been her favorite part of the job. She gains great satisfaction from the fact that her work as an accountant contributes to a nonprofit organization’s work, and that she is in a unique position to be able to help with so many different nonprofit projects.

Originally from northern Virginia near Washington DC, Paige moved to New Mexico when she was 19 for school. While traveling with friends, she arrived on the West Coast, making it her new home. She worked as a sound engineer for 20 years before channeling her energy into the field of accounting.
