Colleen Purcell has extensive experience in vocational facilitation and process improvement, currently serving as the Manager of Scheduling & Process Improvement at Community Integrated Services since October 2012. In this role, Colleen supervises a team of up to 10 staff, develops training materials, conducts company-wide training sessions, and maintains team schedules to ensure optimal coverage for clients. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Messiah University.
