Laura Armgardt

Laura Armgardt is an experienced professional in urban planning and community development with a focus on multifamily housing. Currently serving as a Portfolio Analyst and Manager of Multifamily Acquisitions and Dispositions at Community Investment Corporation since February 2013, Laura has contributed to the Micro Market Recovery Program in West Woodlawn and East Chatham, managing foreclosures and troubled buildings. Previous roles include Outreach Representative at the Illinois Student Assistance Commission, Senior Cashier at the Krannert Center for the Performing Arts, Intern at the Jordanian Hashemite Fund for Human Development, and Vice President of Talent Management at AIESEC. Laura holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
