Rachael Traub

Rachael Traub has extensive work experience in human resources and wellness services. Rachael is currently the Director of Human Resources at Community Investment Strategies, Inc since June 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the People Operations Manager, US East at Marley Spoon from August 2018 to June 2020. From November 2013 to July 2018, Rachael served as the Human Resources Coordinator at Fitness and Wellness Professional Services. Rachael started their career as a Front Desk Attendant at Princeton Fitness & Wellness Center in February 2010 and worked there until October 2013.

Rachael Traub, SHRM-CP, attended Rutgers University from 2008 to 2013, where they studied Psychology. In addition to their undergraduate education, Rachael has obtained several certifications in their field. In May 2018, they became an ADP Certified Specialist in ADP Workforce Now - Human Resources. In June 2019, they obtained their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM. Rachael also holds an OSHA 10 Training Certification, although the date of completion is unknown.
