Joshua Gutierrez

Joshua Gutierrez is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in both public interest and corporate law. Since September 2012, Joshua has served as a Staff Attorney at Community Legal Aid, representing low-income tenants in matters such as evictions, fair housing, and foreclosure litigation, while also training and mentoring legal professionals. Prior roles include Associate Attorney at Bryant Law, PC, where Joshua represented financial services clients and drafted regulatory filings, and positions at Goodwin Procter LLP, focusing on corporate transactions and SEC compliance. Joshua holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.A. in Philosophy and Sociology from Colby College.
