Georgina O'Connell

Georgina O'Connell is an experienced mental health practitioner currently serving as an Early Intervention in Psychosis Practitioner and as a seconded Service Manager at Community Links since January 2020, overseeing four residential mental health services in Leeds. Georgina held the position of Team Leader, managing East Grange, which provides medium-term residential support for clients with complex mental health needs. Prior to these roles, Georgina worked as a Deputy Manager and Mental Health Support Worker at i-teachers and volunteered with SLV.Global, focusing on activity planning and English teaching in various mental health settings. Georgina's earlier experience includes customer service roles and volunteer work at the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre. Georgina earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Lincoln between 2015 and 2018, following education at Woodkirk Academy.
