Terri Lazorko

Terri Lazorko possesses extensive experience in regulatory compliance and quality control within the mortgage and lending industry. Currently serving as a Senior Regulatory Audit Compliance Analyst and Senior Quality Control Analyst at Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC since December 2013, Terri has also held the position of Correspondent Lending Operations Manager at New Penn Financial, LLC since June 2012. Previous roles include Client Manager at GMAC Mortgage and Compliance Analyst at Alambry Funding Inc. Earlier in the career, Terri held the title of AVP-Compliance Manager at Eastern Mortgage Services from 1987 to 1999.
