Janet Nieves

Janet Nieves has over a decade of experience in accounting, currently serving as Accounting Manager and previously as Senior Lead Property Staff Accountant and Senior Lead Staff Accountant at Community Management Associates since August 2014. Prior to this role, Janet worked at John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods, Inc. from 2007 to June 2014 as an NMA accounting clerk, handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash applications. Janet also contributed to Neighborhood Management Accounting during the same tenure at John Wieland Homes. Janet holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Richard Bland College, attended from 1975 to 1977.
