Shavonne Mehlbauer

Shavonne Mehlbauer is an experienced professional in the field of addictions and mental health, currently serving as the Associate Director of Addictions and Program Manager of North Outpatient and Addictions at INcompass Healthcare since June 2022. Prior to this role, Shavonne worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Ivy Tech Community College, teaching in the Criminal Justice and Human Services Departments. Shavonne's experience also includes serving as a Staff Therapist at Adult and Child Health, specializing in addictions counseling, and as a Case Manager for Dearborn County Court Services. Furthermore, Shavonne directed the Female Jail Chemical Addictions Program for Dearborn County Government, supervising a program for female inmates. Earlier career experience includes the role of Substance Abuse Specialist at Community Mental Health Inc. Shavonne holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Indiana University Bloomington.
