Polly Springhorn

Polly Springhorn is an experienced professional in institutional giving and grant management, currently serving as the Director of Institutional Giving and previously as Grants Manager at the San Francisco Community Music Center since August 2018. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Polly has held key positions in various organizations, including Institutional Giving Manager at Pacific Forest Trust, Grants Manager at SFJAZZ, and Manager of Institutional Giving at the San Francisco Art Institute. Polly's expertise encompasses cultivating and managing relationships with foundations and government funders, writing proposals and reports, and collaborating across departments to enhance fundraising efforts. Polly holds an M.A. in Music from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a B.M. in Flute Performance from San Francisco State University.
