Joe Doll

Joe Doll is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Middle School Principal and Middle School Director at Community of Peace Academy since August 2021. Prior to these roles, Joe held positions as an Instructional Coach and Mathematics Teacher at the same institution. Joe's career in education began with Teach For America, where roles included Corps Member Advisor and a founding 6th Grade Math Teacher at UP Academy Leonard. Additional experience includes teaching 5th Grade Math at Hiawatha Academies, serving as Director of Design at Generation Teach, and working with various organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club of Jackson County and Breakthrough St. Paul. Joe holds a Master of Education from the University of St. Thomas, along with degrees from Boston University in educator licensing and from the University of Minnesota in English Language and Literature.
