Miriam Maldonado

Miriam Maldonado has over 13 years of experience in community support and outreach, currently serving as a BRIDGES Navigator at Community Partners since July 2009. In this role, Miriam Maldonado focuses on enhancing parental and community capacity in targeted neighborhoods to promote healthy births, reduce child abuse and neglect, and improve school readiness and literacy rates among children. Responsibilities include conducting intake screenings, assessments, and facilitating referrals within the local system of care. Prior to this position, Miriam Maldonado worked as an Admin Assistant/Outreach at Adopt-A-Family of the Palm Beaches from August 2000 to July 2008.
