J.r. Signe

J.R. Signe, PTA, RHIA, has been serving as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Community Physical Therapy Inc since January 2012. Additionally, J.R. gained experience as a Student Intern in the Information Systems Department at Rush University Medical Center from March 2020 to May 2020. J.R. holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science with a focus on Health Information Management from the University of Illinois Chicago, completed between 2018 and 2020, and an Associates in Applied Sciences as a Physical Therapy Technician/Assistant from Oakton College, earned from 2006 to 2011.
