Evans Liolin

Evans Liolin is an accomplished rowing coach and consultant with extensive experience in both competitive and developmental rowing environments. Currently serving as a Coach for the Open Para-Military Group at Community Rowing, Inc. and as an Instructor at the Institute for Rowing Leadership, Evans also founded On The Cusp Consulting, which provides coaching and training programs for various levels of athletes. Previous roles include Head Coach of High Performance Group at Riverside Boat Club, Program Director at Sparks Consulting, and Director of Business Development at reASSEMBLE. Notably, Evans has coached at prestigious institutions such as Georgetown University and Yale University, achieving significant successes, including medals at national championships and advancements in Olympic aspirations. Evans’s earlier experience includes leading the Men’s U19 National Team for USRowing. Evans holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religious Studies from the University of Chicago and has a foundational education from Noble and Greenough School.
