Kayleigh Durm is an accomplished professional in the rowing community, currently serving as the Director of Operations for the Intercollegiate Rowing Association since January 2024. Concurrently, Kayleigh holds roles at Community Rowing, Inc. as the Senior Manager and Assistant Manager of Coaching Education, and has been the Executive Director of the Intercollegiate Rowing Coaches Association since July 2020, where responsibilities include managing operations and membership engagement. Additionally, Kayleigh is the Coxswain Columnist for Rowing News, the MARC Championship Regatta Director, and the Executive Director of the Atlantic Association of Rowing Colleges, overseeing operations for a new men's rowing conference. Kayleigh also directs communications for Friends of the Joseph Barker Jr. House and heads coxswain education at Northeast Rowing Center, while founding the resource platform ready all, row... for coxswains. Previous experience includes directing rowing operations at Columbia University, supported by a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Science & Human Performance from The Ohio State University.
