Holland Schubach

Holland Schubach is an experienced education and mental health professional currently serving as the Mental Health and Disabilities and CLASS Manager at Community Services Agency since August 2023. Previously, Holland worked as a Behavior Specialist for Boys & Girls Clubs of America and led a Support Specialist Team at Phoenix Academy Inc., focusing on culturally responsive instruction and student behavior improvement. Holland has also taught in special education settings within the EBD program at Saint Paul ISD and served as a CNA at Serenity Senior Care. Additional roles include light construction work, reserve teaching, and Title One teaching in various educational institutions.
